CONSTITUTIONALISM:DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT ISSUES
The seminar “Constitutionalism: Diagnosis and Management Issues” was organized by the Scientific-research Center for the Constitutional Economics and conducted by the Dean of this faculty, Professor Hayk Sargsyan.
The seminar was attended not only by students but also tutors of this faculty.
“One of the peculiarities of the development of science is that science does not develop in separate branches. The interdisciplinary sciences today are in progress. One of the branches is the “constitutional economics”, based on Law and Economics, which is the focus of our study,” - said Hayk Sargsyan.
He first introduced the subject of constitutional economics research, classification, links between the institutionalization and constitutional economics, as well as methods and approaches put forward by the experts.
The professor pointed out that the Constitutional economics studies the rules (constitution) of the properties of the institutions within which individuals interact with the processes by which these rules and institutions originate and are elected.
“The analysis of the constitutional economics offers higher level of the examination of the matters,” - said Hayk Sargsyan.
