On May 20, 2022, the regular scientific seminar of YSU Constitutional Economics Scientific-Analytical Center took place, which was conducted by Doctor of Economics, Professor Hayk Sargsyan. The issues of military security were included in the agenda, which was represented by Artak Kostanyan, Candidate of Military Sciences, Reserve Colonel of the Armed Forces, Head of the Military Committee of the seminar.

The speaker presented the essence of military security, its role in the national security system of the state, in particular it was mentioned that the military security system of the state's legislation on defense, state-territorial administration, local self-government bodies and officials, armed forces, joint formations of armed forces, civilian It is a set of forces of the State Authorized Body for Emergency Situations, as well as the military-industrial complex, which performs functions of solving military security problems, including those with mobilization tasks.

The speaker concluded his speech by referring to the issues of ensuring military security. In particular, he mentioned that the latter is the purposeful activity of the state, aimed at revealing, warning and countering the military danger, which can be provided by the involvement and mediation of scientific potential.
