CLUSTERING IN I-M-T MODEL FORMAT PART 2
Amasia Ghazaryan (scientific supervisor, associate professor R. Avetisyan) reported at the usual scientific seminar of Economics Scientific-Analytical Center of Yerevan State University. The theme of the seminar was "Clustering in I-M-T Model Format".
The study of the issues of constitutionalism and promotion of their effective solutions is especially important in the developing countries and in the countries with transition economies, where there is a wide gap between proclaimed constitutional provisions and existing rules.
In the international practice, constitutional developments as constant and ongoing processes take place in parallel with social developments and mainly in the different ways.
The countries in transition are characterized not only by a rapid change in economic situation, but also by the frequency of constitutional amendments. Therefore, the classical approach of positive constitutional economy for the countries in transition is ineffective, since new changes in the rules are usually adopted before the end of the “adaptation” period of the previously adopted rules.
The seminar ended with discussion.
