During the seminar the problems of transport system in Yerevan were discussed and the specificities of municipal management were touched upon.

The purpose of the work is to give an alternative solution to existing transport system problems in Yerevan: an inefficient operating  route network, a large number of minibuses, inefficient location of transport stops, as well as to contribute to the new public transport project launched in 2017.

The model presented at the seminar was based on the ongoing efforts to gradually remove minibuses and replace them with city buses.

As a database, has been chosen 10050 roads along the whole capital, and the selected model: SIMPLE NN.

Due to the model, it was possible:

1. Construction of a new public transport network, reducing transport costs,

2. Optimization of street lighting operation;

3. Time management.
