RA ETHNO-CULTURAL ISSUES IN THE NATIONAL SECURITY CONTEXT

On April 15, the scientific seminar of the "Ethnocultural Issues of the Republic of Armenia in the Context of National Security" ethnocultural commission organized by the YSU Constitutional Scientific-Analytical Center took place.

The seminar was opened by the director of the Scientific-Analytical Center of Constitutional Economics, scientific director of the seminar Professor Hayk Sargsyan.

Hranush Kharatyan, Candidate of Historical Sciences, made a speech, who referred to the ethno-cultural issues that are part of the RA national security.

Armenia has obligations both for the security of the citizens of Armenia and for the Armenian ethnos. The Armenian Diaspora can be considered a resource on the one hand, and on the other hand, in different countries, on continents. : For example, the Turkish Prime Minister's verbal threats against Armenians living in Turkey, Russia's loud reminders of the number of Armenians living in Russia on various occasions, the Armenian factor in the Iraq-Syria war, various controls over Armenians in the two countries in the current Russian-Ukrainian war, etc.

Hranush Kharatyan ended her speech with the following recording: "The national goal of any state should be the protection of citizens, the protection of natural and accessible resources, the use of software, the balanced development of the territory of the state, the provision of social solidarity of citizens, dignified justice and practical justice. "Failure in each of them is fraught with national dangers. Following the example of Armenia, they have been convinced of that many times in the last thirty years."

Candidate of Military Sciences  A. Kostanyan, Doctor of Economics, Professor A. Markosyan, Director of "Antares" Publishing House A. Martirosyan, former member (Minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission KJ Minasyan made speeches at the seminar.
