On November 1-3, 2018 an International Conference under the theme ,,Constitutionality In The New Millenium’’ was organized  by the Constitutional Culture International Analytical Center in Yerevan, Armenia.

At the beginning of the Conference Mr. Gagik Harutyunyan, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Armenia made a speech.

A welcome speech was also delivered  by Mr. Hrayr Tovmasyan, President of the RA Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

Among the guests were Mr. Gianni Buquicchio, President of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, Mr. Manfred Dauster, President Judge at the High Court of Appeals of Munich, Mr. Odbayar Dorj, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia.

At the ,,Constitutionality In The New Millenium’’ international conference a speech was delivered  professor Hayk Sargsyan, Member of the Board and Trustees
of Constitutional Culture International Analytical Center, Director of Scientific-Analytical Centre of Constitutional Economics of YSU.

The professor highlighted the importance and necessity of the activity carried out by the Scientific-Analytical Centre of Constitutional Economics in our country.
